What exactly is the accommodation?+
You stay in a bungalow in the heart of the Landes pine forest, 200m from a near-private beach. Each bungalow has its own private outdoor jacuzzi. No room service, no marble lobby — that's intentional. You're here to reconnect with nature, and the accommodation is part of that experience. In the morning, you wake up with sunlight filtering through the pines, step outside barefoot, and breathe in the ocean air. That's a wilderness retreat.
What fitness level is this for?+
This retreat is active — intentionally so. Sessions adapt to your level and energy that day, without pressure or judgement. But this is not a passive relaxation retreat — we move, we train, we breathe hard. What we ask: that you are in general good health, can walk 2-3km without difficulty and genuinely want to move. If you have serious health issues or very limited mobility, contact us first — we will honestly tell you whether this is right for you.
I'm coming alone — is that awkward?+
The vast majority of participants come alone. It's often what creates the best connections. The group is small, the atmosphere warm from the very first evening. You'll never feel alone.
Where exactly is the location?+
On the Atlantic coast, in the Gironde, France. We keep the location intentionally discreet — it's a preserved spot, not yet discovered by crowds, and we want to keep it that way. All practical details are shared after your place is confirmed.
What's included exactly?+
6 nights in a private bungalow with jacuzzi, all organic & local meals prepared by Nathalie, the full programme, your personal movement assessment with Patrik + corrective programme sent after the retreat, and the shared transfer from Bordeaux on arrival and departure day.
Cancellation policy?+
100% refundable up to 30 days before the retreat. Between 30 and 14 days: 50% refunded. Less than 14 days: non-refundable, but place transfer is possible. Full details in the T&Cs.
