Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl, across its three brands: OutdoorGym.ch / iMove-Fit.ch (in-person coaching), BeStrong·MoveFree (online subscriptions) and Movement & Longevity Retreats (wellness retreats). Refer to the section matching the service you're purchasing — the shared sections (identification, personal data, governing law) apply to all.

1. Identification

The client is any individual making a purchase, subscription or booking with any of the brands above.

A.1 Services

• Outdoor Live Group Training — Morges & surrounding area
• 1-on-1 Personal Training (via iMove-Fit.ch) — Morges & Ollon

A.2 Prices & payment

Prices are communicated before any service and clearly displayed on each service page. Payment on-site or online via Stripe depending on the service. Current rates are listed on iMove-Fit.ch and may be adjusted with prior notice.

A.3 Session cancellation

Any session cancelled less than 24h in advance may be charged in full, except in cases of force majeure. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.

A.4 Liability — physical activity

The activities offered carry risks inherent to any outdoor sporting practice. The client declares being in general good health and fit for physical activity. In case of doubt, a pre-existing medical condition, pregnancy, or a history of injury, the client agrees to consult a doctor before starting and to obtain their prior approval. The client trains at their own and entire responsibility, including for any physical activity practised outside the supervised sessions linked to this contract.

Patrick Kummer and the mandated sports coaches accept no liability for consequences resulting from health information not disclosed during the initial assessment. These terms do not limit OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl's liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, in accordance with Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

A.5 Coach substitution

If, during the term of the contract, the originally chosen coach needs to be replaced (unavailability, absence, etc.) by another sports coach mandated by OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl, the signed contract remains fully valid and services continue with the replacement coach.

B.1 Services

BeStrong·MoveFree offers online subscriptions giving access to video training programmes (functional movement, strength, mobility). The current list of available programmes and pricing are detailed on bestrongmovefree.com at the time of purchase.

The subscription gives access to video content, the BeStrong·MoveFree community, the Workout of the Week, priority access to new series, and member discounts on live workshops, via the Skool platform.

B.2 Prices & payment

Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF), applicable taxes included. Secure payment via Stripe. OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl reserves the right to adjust prices — members subscribed at the launch rate are notified in advance and are not subject to retroactive increases.

B.3 Cancellation

Subscriptions are annual and cancellable at any time. Access remains active until the end of the already-paid period. No automatic renewal without prior notice. No hidden fees.

B.4 Money-back guarantee

A 14-day money-back guarantee applies to all subscriptions from the date of purchase, no justification required. Requests to hello@bestrongmovefree.com.

B.5 Intellectual property

All platform content (videos, programmes, texts, images) is the exclusive property of OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited. Access is personal and non-transferable.

B.6 Liability

Online programmes are designed for people in general good health. The client agrees to consult a doctor before starting any new programme, particularly with a pre-existing medical condition, pregnancy, or history of injury, and to obtain their prior approval.

Training takes place without direct coach supervision — the client trains remotely, at their own pace, and at their own and entire responsibility, including for choice of load, exercise execution, and adapting the programme to their physical condition and training environment. OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl cannot supervise or correct exercise execution remotely, and accepts no liability for injuries resulting from improper execution, an unsuitable training environment, or failure to follow the safety instructions provided in the videos. These terms do not limit OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl's liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, in accordance with Art. 100 of the Swiss Code of Obligations.

C.1 Purpose

This section applies to any booking of a retreat offered by Movement & Longevity Retreats, including accommodation, meals, classes, workshops and activities described on movement-retreat.com.

C.2 Booking and confirmation

Booking is made via the online payment link, or by direct agreement via WhatsApp/email. It is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment or the agreed deposit. Written confirmation sent by email within 48h. The exact location is shared after booking confirmation.

C.3 Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR). For Swiss card payments, the amount is automatically converted to Swiss Francs (CHF) at the current rate by our payment provider. The displayed price includes accommodation, all listed meals, the full programme of classes and workshops, and included activities. Not included: transport to the retreat location, alcoholic beverages, optional activities outside the programme, personal expenses.

C.4 Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@movement-retreat.com; the email receipt date applies. If the retreat is cancelled by Movement & Longevity Retreats (force majeure, insufficient numbers, safety reasons), a full refund is guaranteed within 14 days.

C.5 Programme changes

Movement & Longevity Retreats reserves the right to modify the programme, activities or location in cases of force majeure, adverse weather or safety reasons. No partial refund is due for minor programme changes. For substantial changes (date or location), the client may choose between keeping their booking or a full refund.

C.6 Client obligations

• Inform Movement & Longevity Retreats of any health condition, allergy or medical contraindication before the retreat
• Respect other participants and hosts
• Follow safety instructions given by the hosts
• Take out travel cancellation insurance (recommended, not mandatory)

C.7 Liability

The participant declares being in general good health and fit for outdoor physical activities (movement, hiking, swimming and other programme activities). It is strongly recommended to consult a doctor before departure, particularly with a pre-existing medical condition, pregnancy, or history of injury, and to obtain their prior approval.

Movement & Longevity Retreats' liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the relevant retreat. No liability for damage resulting from an accident during sporting or outdoor activities, except in cases of gross or intentional misconduct. The physical activities offered carry inherent risks — the participant assesses their own physical fitness before each activity and takes part at their own and entire responsibility. Personal insurance is strongly recommended.

C.8 Intellectual property & photos

See the general clause D.4 "Image rights", applicable to all brands including Movement & Longevity Retreats.

D.1 Data protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, compliant with Swiss nFADP and GDPR.

D.2 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law, regardless of the client's country of residence or nationality, and regardless of the location from which the services are consumed — including for online programmes accessed from abroad. In case of dispute, the parties commit to seeking an amicable solution. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the courts of OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl's registered office (canton of Vaud, Switzerland), to the extent permitted by applicable law.

D.3 Acceptance

By making a purchase, subscription or booking, the client confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

D.4 Image rights

The client authorises OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl to photograph and film coaching sessions, retreats, and any event organised by any of its brands (iMove-Fit.ch, BeStrong·MoveFree, Movement & Longevity Retreats), and to use images and videos in which they may appear for communication and marketing purposes — including on brand websites, social media, and any other promotional material — without limitation of duration or territory, and without financial compensation.

The client may request at any time that an image or video in which they appear be removed, by writing to the relevant brand's contact address (see box below). The request will be handled within a reasonable timeframe, with no justification required.
