Le client : toute personne physique procédant à une réservation pour un retreat proposé par Movement & Vitality Retreats.
Les présentes CGV s'appliquent à toutes les réservations de retreats de bien-être proposés par Movement & Vitality Retreats, incluant l'hébergement, les repas, les cours, ateliers et activités décrits sur le site movement-retreat.com.
Bookings are made via the online payment link on the website, or by direct agreement via WhatsApp/email.
La réservation est considérée comme confirmée dès réception du paiement complet ou d'un acompte convenu. A written confirmation is sent by email within 48 hours.
Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include:
Non inclus : transport jusqu'au lieu du retreat, boissons alcoolisées, activités optionnelles hors programme, dépenses personnelles.
Payment is made in CHF by bank card via our secure payment provider. Applicable Swiss VAT is included in the displayed price.

In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the retreat, transfer of the place to another person is possible subject to the provider's agreement.
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to hello@movement-retreat.com. The date of receipt of the email is the reference date.
Movement & Vitality Retreats se réserve le droit de modifier le programme, les activités ou le lieu en cas de force majeure, de conditions météorologiques défavorables ou de raisons de sécurité. No partial refund is due for minor programme modifications.
In the event of a substantial modification (change of date or location), the client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between maintaining their booking or a full refund.

Movement & Vitality Retreats se réserve le droit d'exclure sans remboursement tout participant dont le comportement serait incompatible avec le bon déroulement du retreat.
Movement & Vitality Retreats est responsable de la bonne exécution des prestations décrites. The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the retreat in question.
Movement & Vitality Retreats ne peut être tenu responsable des dommages résultant d'un accident lors des activités sportives ou de plein air, sauf en cas de faute grave ou intentionnelle. It is strongly recommended to take out personal insurance covering accidents and cancellations.
The physical activities offered (movement, hiking, excursions) carry inherent risks. The client participates at their own risk and must assess their physical fitness before registering.
All content on movement-retreat.com (text, images, logos, videos, brand names) is the exclusive property of OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl and is protected by Swiss and international intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Les photos prises lors des retreats peuvent être utilisées à des fins de communication par Movement & Vitality Retreats, sauf opposition expresse du participant concerné.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR and Swiss nFADP.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. Failing this, the competent court will be that of the registered office of OutdoorGym.ch Sàrl (Morges, canton of Vaud, Switzerland).
By making a booking, the client confirms having read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
